Symbology Identifiers

The following table shows the industry standard symbology identifiers that precedes the barcodes decoded by a scanner or decoders. Generally, they can be disabled in the decoding software included in those devices. Some manufacturers uses their own identifier scheme, but they not follow the proposed identifier included in each symbology specification.
